Since 2011, our company has been offering cutting services for different materials, in accordance with the client's drawings. Today, our production line is equipped with the most modern equipment, which allows us to produce high-quality processing of various materials quickly, efficiently and inexpensively. The working surface of 1600x2500mm and body construction of pltter allows us to produce parts of almost any size and length. Using a computer-controlled plotter allows us to achieve high-quality cutting of various materials. On a regular basis, we are engaged in the disclosure of materials such as:

To write the program, we use files with the .dxf or .dwg extension. The client can prepare a drawing on his own or contact our specialists in the design section. Our experts quickly and efficiently take measurements from an existing sample or product cover. After which the drawing becomes the property of the customer.
The plotter allows you to reduce the amount of discarded material at times, thereby reducing the cost of the final product. For example, if you use a stamping press to process the material, the amount of material that will be sent to the trash bin, in the form of scrap, is about 50%.
Using special software allows us to reduce this amount up to 15% of the total squaring of the material.
As a result, the customer receives a lower cost of the finished product.

However, NOT all materials can be cut with a plotter, it is NOT suitable for soft or very hard materials. Best suited for cutting with a plotter are rubber, textiles, leather, cardboard and other dense, but elastic materials. For cutting wood, hard plastic, polyamide and polyethylene, other solutions will need to be used. Also, if you need a cardboard template or a special shape, then it is best and cheapest to use just cutting with a plotter.
