The radial press is used for crimping hydraulic hoses, composite hoses, rubber hoses, etc. Using this equipment, we get the opportunity to fix the couplings by crimping with a ferrule. It is very important in the manufacture of hoses to ensure maximum leakage protection, especially if the hose is to be used for overflow of toxic substances. Therefore, customers often require the hose end to be screwed on and then welded on, rather than simply put on. Welding eliminates the possibility of leakage. However, one must take into account the fact that after the expiration of the service life, a new hose will have to be made, for which safety will be ensured during operation. Typically, these tips are warranted for a year, but for a fee, in special cases, we can provide a warranty of up to 24 months.
